New documents can also automatically inherit the metadata of existing documents to speed up uploads. Metadata types are defined via an administration panel from inside the application and can range from simple text fields to complex calculated lookup combo boxes (python expressions are supported). Metadata "bundles" can also be defined, by means of used defined document classes. | Supports full text searching of documents by metadata, contents or document properties. Documents are shown individually, as a list, a list of recently accessed documents, as organized by the user in his personal virtual folders or automatically grouped by the application based on metadata grouping rules.
